How can i style my hair like this for prom and would it look good? (picture)?

Prom is coming up and i really like this hair style…

but I’m not sure how to do that with my hair. My hair is about the same texture, and is curly/ wavy, but is brownish auburn. Would it look good? Any other suggestions, beside the typical updo?????
