i really what a shampoo that leaves my hair free of tangles and super soft and healthy.?

does anyone have a good suggestion i really need a good shampoo and also conditioner that will make my hair soft tangle free and healthy. Also if you guys have any suggestions on gel/moose that will help my style my hair.
